engineers are highly experienced, well trained and qualified to
Microsoft industry standard; as such almost all IT problems we
are faced with are solved either remotely or within 1 hour of
being on site.
We
offer two types of support and maintenance. Ad Hoc support based
on an hourly rate and a monthly support and maintenance agreement
which provides clients with priority response and preventative
