'Pay as you
go' or Support and Maintenance agreement?
We charge a flat rate of £49 ex vat per hour (that's on
site, we do not charge call out or travelling time).
Many of our clients opt for a support and maintenance agreement
which often makes more sense to businesses with networked PC's
- for this we charge from £77 ex vat per month, the contract
is renewable every 6 months.

Initial evaluation of IT systems and analysis of data loss risk
and system security including Disaster Recovery recommendations.
Unlimited telephone / remote access support within normal business
hours.
Regular 'health check' of all systems. This includes Windows updates,
full virus and spyware scans, Defragmentation of hard disks and
any other procedures required to ensure all the PC's / servers
provide reliable secure performance.
Fast, reliable
resolution of IT issues.
